We love all things nautical and here's a little hint of a sailor top which the 40s, 50s and 80s did so well ;) 

This polka dot cropped top in the gentlest blue and her sailor-inspired collar and front ties would be so great with a high-waisted denim clam digger and red heels! Or maybe even culottes!

Transparency: Seems opaque, but as with most vintage pieces, a sturdy inner wear would do wonders. In this case as it's cropped, perhaps a good bandeau top or even sports bra.
